About Dynamic Code
Dynamic Code is a Gold Coast creative strategy agency that replaces marketing chaos with technology-enabled growth systems. We design, engineer and scale work across brand, digital products, campaigns and performance marketing.
The role
We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Gold Coast team full-time. You’ll create polished, high-performing design across brand identities, advertising, digital experiences, campaigns, packaging, print and point-of-sale materials.
What you’ll do
- Develop brand identities, visual systems and brand guidelines
- Design campaign creative and advertising assets for Meta, Google, TikTok and other digital channels
- Create layouts for websites, landing pages, apps and digital products in Figma
- Produce print-ready artwork, packaging and point-of-sale materials
- Adapt creative across multiple formats while protecting consistency and detail
- Collaborate with strategists, media buyers, developers and clients from concept through delivery
- Prepare organised, accurate working files and final artwork
- Respond to feedback and manage multiple briefs and deadlines
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence preparing production-ready artwork
- A strong eye for design, typography, composition, colour and branding
- Experience creating both digital and print work
- Ability to interpret a brief, develop ideas and explain design decisions
- Strong organisation, communication and time-management skills
- Agency experience, motion design or UI/UX experience is helpful but not essential
