Strategic Backend Partnership Proposal for Australian Accounting Professionals
We are looking to establish strategic partnerships with Australia -based CAs, CPAs, Accountants, and Bookkeepers who are either currently operating their own practice or planning to establish one.
Whether you are a working professional looking to launch your own accounting practice but want to avoid the upfront costs of office space, hiring, and other overheads, we provide the backend infrastructure and support you need to get started with a lean, low-risk, and scalable business model.
Already running your own practice but reluctant to expand due to market uncertainty, hiring challenges, or rising operational costs? We can provide the additional delivery capacity you need to take on more clients and scale your practice without a proportional increase in overhead.

Our objective is to provide a reliable, competent, and cost-effective backend service delivery team that can manage accounting and bookkeeping operations on behalf of the Principal Contractor (PC). This enables the CA/ CPA/Accountant/Bookkeeper i.e. the Principal Contractor (PC), to focus primarily on client acquisition, client relationships, advisory, and overall account management, while we take responsibility for the backend execution and service delivery.
Partnership Model
Under this arrangement:
- The Australia -based CA/ CPA/Accountant/Bookkeeper will act as the Principal Contractor (PC) and remain the primary point of contact with the client.
- The PC will be responsible for business development, client acquisition and relationship management.
- We will act as the Backend Service Delivery Partner, providing the necessary accounting, bookkeeping, and related operational support.
- Our team will work as an extension of the PC's practice and operate according to the agreed processes, timelines, and quality standards.
Pricing Structure
We operate on a fixed hourly slab-based pricing model for our backend services.
Our rates typically range from $14 to $28 AUD per hour, depending on the total volume of work/hours committed.
The pricing structure is designed to reward higher volumes:
Higher volume of work → Lower hourly rate
The exact rate will be determined based on the expected monthly workload and agreed scope of services.

Client Pricing & Commercial Independence
The PC will have complete flexibility to determine the final pricing charged to their clients based on their own business model, client relationship, market positioning, and mutual agreement with the client.
Our commercial arrangement is strictly between us and the Principal Contractor. The pricing charged by the PC to their end clients is entirely at the PC's discretion and is not subject to our involvement or approval.
This model allows the PC to establish their own pricing strategy and retain the difference between their client billing rate and our backend service cost.
