About Us - ME Elecmetal is a premier strategic partner and supplier for the mining and mineral processing industries. Our Asia-Pacific (APAC) division delivers highly engineered wear solutions, grinding media, and digital process optimization. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to grow our wear parts business across Australia and Southeast Asia.
About the Role - You will support existing business and hunt for new customers in the hard rock mining market. You will work closely with our drafting teams and 3D application engineers. Your goal is to improve products and deliver great technical results for our clients.
What You Will Do
- Grow sales and build relationships with mine production staff, planners, and buyers.
- Visit mine sites to help with shutdowns, relines, and product monitoring.
- Scan and design solutions using FARO laser equipment and 3D engineering tools.
- Create quotes and gather detailed info for customer proposals.
- Solve problems regarding product quality, design, and delivery schedules.
- Travel regularly (30% to 40%) across Australia and Southeast Asia.
What We Are Looking For
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical training and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in mineral processing with mill liners and grinding equipment.
- Foundry knowledge and an understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Industry connections with relevant mining customers are highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills to talk with both site teams and corporate leaders.

Pay: $140,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
