About the role
La Mono' is seeking a talented Charcoal Chicken Cook to join our passionate team in Casula, NSW. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the daily operations of our popular restaurant, known for its delicious charcoal-grilled chicken and vibrant Mediterranean atmosphere.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and cooking a variety of charcoal-grilled chicken dishes to our high standards
- Ensuring consistency and quality in all menu items
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to optimise workflow and production
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to queries
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Charcoal Chicken Cook or similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong working knowledge of charcoal grilling techniques and equipment
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for Mediterranean cuisine and creating memorable dining experiences
- A valid food handling certificate and NSW RSA
