Compliance and Assets Officer

People First Healthcare is a growing organisation operating across healthcare, allied health, imaging, construction and home modifications. We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Compliance and Assets Officer to join our team.
This is a diverse, hands-on role responsible for coordinating procurement, supplier and contractor relationships, third-party provider networks, fleet and asset management across People First Healthcare, People First Workforce, InOne Healthcare and Ace Renovation Group.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:

Sourcing and managing suppliers, contractors and service providers.
- Coordinating third-party allied health and healthcare provider networks.
- Obtaining quotes, negotiating pricing and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Managing supplier, provider and contractor agreements and renewals.
- Coordinating provider credentialing, compliance and documentation.
- Monitoring supplier and provider performance.
- Managing Group fleet, fuel cards, vehicle servicing and renewals.
- Maintaining Group-wide asset and supplier registers.
- Supporting procurement of construction, maintenance and operational equipment.
- Developing and improving procurement, vendor and asset management processes.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in contractor management, vendor management, supplier management, or fleet management or a similar role.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Commercially minded with strong administration skills.
- Confident managing multiple suppliers, providers and stakeholders.
- Proactive, practical and comfortable working independently.
- Strong with systems, administration and reporting.
- Experienced in healthcare, allied health, NDIS, construction or a multi-business environment (desirable).
