What you'll be doing
The key accountabilities of the role include:
Administer and maintain the information management system with Philips and proactively identify and resolve issues in a rapidly changing environment on service basis
Act as a key contact person for the Division in matters relating to the management of Engage identifying system issues; communicating system upgrades, testing and changes; addressing problems and referring relevant issues on to the appropriate parties; identifying system and information privacy issues; and organise system access
Monitor and investigate information systems, procedures, and strategies with a view to developing improvement initiatives and advising Management of the Division on processes and systems for optimal utilisation of clinical data
What we're looking for
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
High level knowledge and experience in the use of patient information management and data entry systems
Ability to collate, analyse and present complex data sets
High level analytical, problem solving and interpretive skills
Ability to work autonomously, set priorities and use own judgement to meet deadlines and manage resources effectively with fluctuating workload and emergent issues
High level of communication, both written and verbal, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Mandatory Requirements
Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
