Job Description
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for assist the Maintenance Manager with day to day operations and management of the team.
What will you be doing:

Supervise the day-to-day maintenance operations of the hotel, ensuring all areas are safe, functional and well maintained.

Lead, coach and support the maintenance team, allocating daily tasks and monitoring performance.

Conducting maintenance requirements and follow up as scheduled & logged jobs on HubOs.

Supervise the maintenance team focusing on talent development.

Liaise with external contractors and service providers, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and within budget.

Ensure compliance with all Work Health and Safety (WHS), environmental and fire safety regulations.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
-
Previous experience in hotel, commercial or facilities maintenance, with supervisory experience preferred.

Sound knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general repairs.

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

An individual who enjoys working in dynamic environments

Good written and verbal communication skills.
