Are you ready to start a rewarding career in banking? As a Customer Service Representative, you will join our team in providing great service and support to IMB customers in relation to their financial needs. There are two part time positions available, working 5 hours per day Monday-Friday. These positions are based at Camden and Macarthur Square for training, then working at branches across Sydney South-West as needed. Having close access to public transport and/or own transport is advantageous.
About the roles

Having conversations and interactions with customers via all channels, including face to face, phone and online and helping them with their banking and insurance needs and enquiries
- Exploring new opportunities to find the right financial solutions that may improve their position
- Using various technologies, systems and digital platforms
- Cash handling, balancing and administrative duties
- Working with your Branch Manager and team to collectively achieve the goals and objectives
- Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures.
About you
- Experience in customer service, in any industry

Demonstrated interest, experience or education relating to financial services

Available to work the designated hours with flexibility for training

Cash handling experience and an accurate eye for detail
- A learning mindset and ambition to build a career in the banking industry
- An aptitude for technology and proficient in MS Office programs/apps
- Honesty and integrity and take pride in diligently following procedures and policy in a regulated financial environment
- A flexible approach in the workplace, can take initiative, prioritise work and problem solve to complete daily work requirements
- A genuine desire to help people, work directly with customers as well as work with and support a team
- The willingness to travel within the region for training and staff relief.
