Resolve Fitness is part of the Caloundra RSL, through our REP team (Resolve Exercise Physiologist) we deliver individualised support to clients of varying backgrounds including NDIS, DVA, Medicare and Private Health.
Located just blocks back from Bulcock and Golden Beaches, our facilities provide Staff and Clients with modern equipment in a fresh and friendly space.
Who we are looking for
Due to the continued growth and success of Resolve Exercise Physiology, we are looking for a friendly and professional Exercise Physiologist to join our team of Exercise Physiologists and Personal Trainers.
At Resolve Fitness we pride ourselves on our friendly and relaxed atmosphere, ensuring our clients and members feel at ease and comfortable in their surrounds.

What you will bring to the team
The right candidate for this job will be confident to:
- Supervise, plan, evaluate and implement high quality exercise programs for fitness and rehabilitation
- Analyse client medical history to identify and address potential risks prior to treatment commencement
- Perform fitness/stress tests, analyse data and consult with all associates parties
- Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plan and goals where required
- Complete accurate client notes, documentation and reports which meet legal requirements, ensuring privacy & confidentiality is maintained
- Produce General Practitioner (GP) reports post client assessments as required
- Educate clients, their families and the community on injury prevention and healthy lifestyle behaviours
- Establish and maintain an environment that is comfortable, safe and relaxed for clients
- Liaise with all clients and staff in a professional and courteous manner to establish rapport
- Actively participate in continuous professional development to further develop skills as required
- Provide assistance to improve business development systems and services where required
Other essential Criteria:
- Degree qualified
- ESSA accreditation or ability to gain accreditation
- Blue Card and a Yellow Card
