Door-to-Door Sales Representative – Contractor

Sparkling Clean is growing and we’re looking for motivated, confident and self-driven salespeople to generate new residential customers across Sydney.
This is a commission-based contractor opportunity where your earning potential is directly linked to the jobs you successfully generate.
What You’ll Be Selling
You’ll focus on just 3 exterior cleaning services:
- Roof washing
- Gutter cleaning
- Pressure washing — driveways, concrete, pavers, paths, patios and other suitable surfaces
What You’ll Do
- Door knock in selected Sydney areas
- Approach and speak with homeowners
- Build rapport and identify exterior cleaning opportunities
- Explain our services clearly
- Follow our sales process
- Handle common customer objections
- Close sales
- Book confirmed customers into our shared calendar
- Maintain accurate customer and booking information
- Work independently and manage your own sales activity
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident speaking to new people
- Motivated by commission and results
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales
- Able to handle rejection and keep moving
- Willing to learn and improve
Previous sales or door-to-door experience is preferred, but not essential.
Training will be provided on our services, sales process, objection handling, closing and booking system.
Commission
15–20% commission on eligible jobs you successfully generate, subject to the agreed commission terms.
For example:
$10000 eligible job = $1500–$2000 commission
There is no advertised guaranteed salary or hourly wage for this contractor opportunity. Full commission terms will be provided before commencement.
