We’re looking for an experienced Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who leads from the floor - supporting the Restaurant Manager while taking real ownership of service, team performance and daily operations.
What you’ll be doing:
Proven experience in a senior supervisor or assistant manager role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Solid understanding of service, operations and venue performance
Confident, calm and solutions-focused under pressure
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Available weekends and peak periods
