About the role
Permanent part time opportunity to deliver professional, client-centred customer service in alignment with Metro North values, ensuring clients are responded to in a timely, efficient, and respectful manner. This position is required to work Monday and Tuesday with a specific focus of Audiology.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Proficient skills in the use of information technology to facilitate a high level of data quality. Systems include Enterprise Scheduling Management (ESM), Hospital Based Corporate Information System (HBCIS), Smart Referrals Workflow Solution (SRWS), and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Accurately processes referrals, schedules patient appointments, rescheduling and confirming as necessary and manages pending appointments, expired appointments for patients with a focus of Audiology using ESM, ensuring alignment with the Specialist Outpatients Implementation Standards (SOSIS).
Manage workload appropriately; prioritising tasks, ensuring work is completed within designated timeframes.
Provide a high level of administrative support within a multidisciplinary team ensuring business needs are met to a high standard.
