Established in 1871, the Art Gallery of New South Wales is located in Sydney’s The Domain adjacent to the Royal Botanic Garden and near the Central Business District, the Gallery acknowledges the original custodians of this land – the Gadigal people.
The Art Gallery attracts around 2 million visitors annually and runs Australia’s largest education program with over 90,000 student and teacher visits per year.
With our expanded campus the Art Gallery has a new state-of-the-art building located next to our existing and much-loved building. Providing us with close to double the exhibition space, the expanded Art Gallery enables us to share more art with more people and provide more family, learning and educational programming for all our audiences.

About the Role
Contributes to, and supports the development and implementation, and provision of advice for effective employee experience and culture frameworks and programs within the Art Gallery. These include creating and maintaining positive employee culture and experience initiatives, including employee engagement, performance development, diversity and inclusion, recognition and talent and succession programs, all aimed at enhancing performance and engagement throughout the employee journey within the Art Gallery.

What Technical/Soft Skills you require

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and or Business Management, or equivalent significant experience.
Targeted Questions

Please outline your experience administering Learning Management Systems, including the platforms used, and describe your key responsibilities in managing, maintaining and supporting these systems. (300 words max)

Describe your experience researching and analysing employee experience, culture, and performance data to generate insights and recommendations. (300 words max)
