You should have ample experience as a Chef, and preferably a passion for/experience of Asian-fusion cuisine.

What do you do?
· Provide high-quality food and service
· Help with functions
· Cook beautiful Asian-fusion food
· Manage in day-to-day operations of the kitchen
· Managing stock control- Food Costs
· Work with suppliers for the best product at the best price
· Ensure you manage opening and closing procedures
· Food preparation for the week
· Maintain order and cleanliness of the kitchen
What do you need?
· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a chef
· Previous experience in an Asian-fusion is desirable
· Outstanding and professional communication skills
· Great understanding of food handling and safety
· Great attitude and willingness to learn & develop, and work with passionate owners.
· Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Available Wednesday to Sunday
