As we enter an exciting phase of renewal and growth, this role offers the opportunity to shape performance, elevate service delivery, and contribute to the ongoing success of our café and catering operations, all while helping to build capability across diverse teams.
About the Role
Based primarily at our Tweed Heads headquarters, you will take a lead role in coordinating and optimising café operations and external catering services. This is a hands-on, primarily back-of-house position with regular engagement across Southeast Queensland and Northern NSW.
Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating daily café operations and external catering delivery
- Managing workforce planning, rostering, budgets, and procurement
- Driving revenue optimisation and supporting menu development
- Identifying and developing new catering opportunities to support growth
- Leading, coaching, and supporting Café crew across two unique sites
- Fostering an inclusive, culturally sensitive, and high-performing team environment
- Engaging with stakeholders across the Gold Coast and Brisbane (company vehicle provided for travel as required)

What We’re Looking For
-
Proven experience as a manager, coordinator, or small business owner in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, or events
- Certificate IV in Hospitality (or equivalent industry experience)
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (preferred)
- Strong capability in rostering, budgeting, and inventory management
- Demonstrated experience driving business growth and developing teams
- Commercially astute with strong strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
