Job Description:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks, methods, tools, and techniques.
Experience with:
- Process modelling (BPMN 2.0)
- Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Stakeholder workshops and interviews
- Current systems and program impact assessments
- Collaboration with UX/CX specialists
Proven ServiceNow implementation experience, ideally across:
- Public Sector Digital Services
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Automation Engine
- Human Centred Design (HCD) and/or Design Thinking experience preferred.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving blockers and issues.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate impacts to solution design, schedule, and budget.
- Experience working with vendors and stakeholders to ensure requirements are delivered as documented.
- Demonstrates a solution-focused mindset, adaptability, and flexibility in new ways of working.
Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney NSW
