Garden Culture provides gardening, lawn mowing, and grounds maintenance services across Canberra and Queanbeyan. We're looking for a reliable Labourer to join our team.
What you'll be doing:
- Hedging, pruning, and trimming plants
- Lawn mowing and grounds maintenance, including ride-on mower operation
- Blowing pathways and general tidy-up
- Weeding, mulching, and planting
- Small landscaping projects
What we're looking for:
- Current driver's licence (essential)
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills
- Reliable, with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and customer service etiquette
- Commitment to quality workmanship and work health and safety
Previous experience in gardening or grounds maintenance would be great but isn't essential – we're happy to train the right person with a good attitude and strong work ethic.

Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour
