As an BISCIT ERP Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of experienced consultants with the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of BISCIT systems for our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your existing experience and refine your skills in business process analysis, system configuration, and user training.
You will work toward becoming a key player in helping our customers on their journey toward embracing automation and optimising their business processes.
Your high quality communication skills both verbal and written as well as your qualifications in IT and Information Systems Management more broadly, will see you well placed to be successful in this role.
Your role will involve close collaboration with clients as well as our in-house consultants and developers, ensuring that any solution proposed and developed is not just functional but revolutionary, and always underpinned with a focus on a high quality outcome for our customer
This role is based in Newcastle with occasional travel necessary to visit clients.

What the role involves:
● Assist senior consultants with gathering client requirements and analysing business processes.
● Build on your existing experience of Epicor to configure specific ERP modules (e.g., finance, inventory management, manufacturing, warehousing, CRM) to meet client needs.
● Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes.
● Develop and eventually deliver user training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
● Assist with data migration and system testing activities.
● Troubleshoot basic user issues and escalate complex problems to senior consultants.
● Stay up-to-date on the latest ERP trends and functionalities.
● Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into effective ERP solutions.
● Following appropriate training and experience, conduct engaging training workshops to demonstrate new features and technologies, empowering clients to fully utilize their ERP systems.
● Work collaboratively with the BISCIT development team to inform toward product enhancements and innovations.
● Show initiative in taking full ownership of your assigned tasks, demonstrating a genuine care for the outcomes and the quality of work produced.
Ideal qualifications for this role include:
● Bachelor's degree in Information & Communication Technology
● MSc Information Systems Management
● Previous experience with Epicor ERP
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively and articulate complex solutions.
● Strong analytical skills and a natural curiosity that drives you to explore and implement innovative solutions.
● A genuine commitment to quality, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard of excellence.
● Ability to learn new software functionality quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
● Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
● A demonstrated understanding of accounting

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
