We are seeking an experienced Sheetmetal Worker to join a busy fabrication workshop manufacturing custom sheet metal components and industrial products. This is a great permanent position offering great benefits and a variety of fabrication work in a stable, workshop-focused role.

THE ROLE:
-
MIG and TIG welding on sheetmetal, steel and aluminium
-
Fabricate custom metal and structural components
-
General fitting, assembly and repair work
-
Operate press brakes, guillotines and power tools
-
Read and interpret technical drawings and sketches
-
Occasional site installation and repair work when required
ABOUT YOU:
-
Trade Qualified Sheet Metal Worker and 2+ years sheetmetal experience
-
Proficient with MIG and TIG welding
-
Must have a white card and driver's licence
-
Forklift licence preferred but not essential
-
Able to read and interpret technical drawings
-
Experience operating workshop production machinery
-
Strong focus on detail, quality and workplace safety
