The Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This is a hands-on retail position suited to someone who enjoys engaging with trade and retail customers, understanding their needs and providing practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process over-the-counter and phone sales transactions
- Promote current campaigns, trade offers and product specials
- Provide expert advice and tailored product recommendations
- Maintain strong merchandising and store presentation standards
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets
- Participate in regular product and sales training
About You
- Experience in retail sales, customer service or a trade-related role
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets
- Genuine interest in tools, hardware or construction products
- Confident using POS systems and basic computer programs
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Full working rights in Australia
