Piccolo Me Australia Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced and exceptional Cook to join our team at our cafe location at Smeaton Grange.
Role and Responsibility
- Preparing a range of meals for guests of the venue, to a high standard
- Ensure menus, food standards, procedures and processes are followed
- Supervise and manage kitchen operations as required
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
- Is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area is in line with current health regulation standards
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in a fast and busy environment
- Full working rights in Australia
- Must have flexible availability
