We have an exciting part-time opportunity based in our Head Office as our Merchandise Support Officer .
About the Role:
As the Merchandise Support Officer at UFS Healthcare , you will:
- Provide high quality administrative support to the Merchandise Team and store network.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling enquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve stock shortages, overstock and purchasing issues.
- Maintain accurate product and pricing data.
- Support merchandising initiatives to ensure accurate, efficient and consistent operations across the business.
What You’ll Need:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with a genuine ability to build relationships.
- Capable of prioritising tasks and managing competing deadlines.
- A strong communicator , both verbally and in writing .
- Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Available to work Wednesday 9am – 1pm, Thursdays and Friday 9am – 5:30pm.
- Aligns with our Guiding Principles as outlined on ufs.com.au .
- Experienced working in pharmacy, retail or FMCG environments and/or experienced using stock management or ERP systems will be highly regarded.
