We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and people-friendly contractor outbound calling assistant to support our sales activities in Australia.
This is an outcome-oriented role. Success is measured by meaningful conversations and qualified quotation inquiries — not just call volume.
Your focus will be to confidently open conversations, generate interest in our products, and guide potential clients toward requesting a quotation. Technical knowledge is not required; training and scripts will be provided.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Open and guide conversations with confidence
- Introduce products at a high level (non-technical)
- Identify interest and encourage quotation inquiries
- Forward qualified contacts for follow-up
- Record call outcomes clearly
Who We’re Looking For
- Based in Australia
- Fluent in English (required)
- Cantonese is a strong plus; bilingual candidates highly preferred
- Smart, proactive, and quick to learn
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Outcome-oriented mindset, focused on qualified inquiries
- Reliable and process-driven
- Sales or calling experience is a plus, but not required
A 3-week trial applies. The trial is considered successful if at least 8 qualified quotation inquiries are generated during this period.
