Black Ops Protection is currently seeking multiple licensed Security Officers to join our growing team, working across busy pubs and licensed venues throughout the Central Coast area.
We provide professional security services to a range of established hospitality venues and are looking for reliable, well-presented crowd controllers to represent our brand.
About the Role
As a Venue Security Officer with Black Ops Protection, your responsibilities will include:
- Crowd control and patron management
- Monitoring venue entry and exit points
- Conducting ID checks and enforcing RSA compliance
- Managing incidents calmly and professionally
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Liaising with venue management and emergency services when required
Shifts are primarily evening and late-night hours, including weekends.
Essential Requirements
- Current NSW Security Licence (1A)
- Valid RSA Certificate
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional presentation and punctuality
- Ability to work in fast-paced nightlife environments
Desirable:
- Previous experience in pubs, clubs, or large venues
