We're looking for an experienced and commercially focused Branch Manager to lead our branch, strengthen customer partnerships and drive business growth. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, developing people and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
Job Description
What You'll Be Doing

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while driving business development and sales growth.

Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training and performance management.

Oversee branch operations, including engine assembly outcomes, customer service and financial administration.

Identify business growth opportunities through market insight, customer engagement and strategic partnerships.

Ensure compliance with Bapcor safety standards, company policies and Work Health & Safety requirements.

Deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage complex customer enquiries.
Qualifications
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

Previous leadership experience in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Business Manager or similar role.

A proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Experience driving business development, sales growth and customer retention.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams.

Commercial acumen and experience managing business performance.

Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

A commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
-
Experience within the diesel engine, commercial vehicle, transport, automotive aftermarket or related industries will be highly regarded.
