About the Program
Our structured Graduate Program gives you the opportunity to gain real experience across every stage of our banana farming operations, including:
Crop production and agronomy
Farm operations and machinery
Pack-shed and quality operations
Logistics and supply chain
Work Health & Safety
Continuous improvement and operational performance
Leadership and people management
You'll work alongside experienced leaders, take ownership of real projects and develop the technical, commercial and leadership skills needed for future farm and operational management roles.
