We are currently looking for a qualified Baker. The successful applicant will need to have a min 2 years experience, in a similar position, a passion for the industry, drive and a willingness to learn and like early starts. We are looking for a vibrant, energetic and passionate Baker with good all-round know-how. You will need to have knowledge on how to mix dough, moulding/shaping, proofing baking and specialty sourdoughs, brioche, milk buns, bagels, you need to be clean, hygienic and a team player.
