The Role

Based in VAE's Winnellie office in Darwin and reporting to VAE’s Regional Manager - NT, you will lead a team of Service Technicians ensuring jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to standard; while managing customer relationships to support the growth of VAE’s portfolio in the Top End.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and support a team of HVAC Service Technicians
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and deliver agreed service levels
- Build trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional service and project work
- Review quotations, job orders, timesheets, invoices and service documentation
- Monitor labour productivity, profitability and branch performance
- Partner with the Regional Manager NT to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets

- Experience within HVAC (preferred), mechanical services, facilities management or another technical service industry
- A focus on safety, quality, accountability and team performance
