Call on Clare is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our busy healthcare team based in Camberwell Junction.
This role would suit a student, parent returning to the workforce, or anyone looking for flexible casual weekday hours. We are particularly interested in applicants who enjoy technology, AI tools, and finding smarter ways to get things done.
About the Role
This is a varied administration support position involving:
- Handwriting personalised messages in cards.
- Preparing and packing welcome packs, promotional materials and field staff bags.
- Organising office supplies and stock.
- Assisting with administration and data entry tasks.
- Preparing documents and information for clients and staff.
- Using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and other emerging technologies to assist with office tasks and content creation.
- Assisting with marketing activities, social media content, CRM updates and other technology projects as required.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Is reliable, punctual, organised and has initiative.
- Has neat, legible handwriting.
- Is comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
- Regularly uses AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or similar platforms.
- Enjoys learning new software and apps.
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
