Amazon Web Services (AWS) is leading the next phase of AI adoption and is seeking a Senior AI Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) to join our ANZ Partner Solutions Architecture team. In this role, you will be a strategic member of the team, working directly with our most strategic consulting and technology partners to accelerate Generative AI, Agentic AI, and ML adoption across Australia and New Zealand.
As a Sr. AI Partner Solutions Architect, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to partners and their customers, converting AI ambition into programs and assets that can be delivered, operated, and scaled in production environments. You will combine deep AI/ML expertise with strong relationship-building skills to define cloud-native GenAI and Agentic AI architectural patterns, shape partners' AI technical strategies, and drive measurable customer outcomes through partner solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess an expansive hands-on experience designing and implementing production AI systems, along with demonstrated ability to influence technical and business decision-makers. You will think strategically about how emerging AI capabilities can solve real-world business challenges, and act as a thought leader whom partners and customers are eager to engage with.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the technical AI/ML relationship with our most strategic partners in ANZ, acting as their trusted advisor on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and ML adoption, architecture, and go-to-market strategy.
- Architect scalable AI/ML solutions with partners using AWS services, guiding designs from ideation through production deployment including agentic workflows, RAG implementations, and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
- Design and deliver AI-focused enablement programs: workshops, reference architectures, code samples, and best-practice guides, that uplift partner AI capability at scale.
- Contribute thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs, event presentations, and hands-on deep dives that help partners and customers innovate with AI and ML technologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account SAs, AI Specialists, Sales, Business Development, and AWS service teams to accelerate customer adoption of partner AI solutions.
- Act as voice of the partner internally, channelling feedback to influence the AWS GenAI/ML and Agentic features roadmap.
- Build deep relationships with senior technical leaders within partner organisations and evangelise their AI value propositions internally and externally.
