1. Early Morning Bakery Production Staff (Start time: 2:00am)
2. Pastry & Cake Specialist (Day Shift, Weekends)
Bakery Production Staff – Early Morning Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of sourdough bread and other goods.
- Mix, knead, shape, and bake according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow production schedules and support team goals.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of bakery or food production experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of sourdough techniques is a plus.
Pastry & Cake Specialist – Day Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of pastries and cakes to a high standard.
- Maintain product consistency and quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on pastry and cake experience required.
- Strong understanding of baking techniques, cake decorating, and food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
