About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for every guest. You'll provide warm, attentive service, maintain excellent product knowledge, maximise sales opportunities through suggestive selling, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service following our sequence of service.
- Build genuine rapport with guests and provide menu and beverage recommendations.
- Confidently explain food, wine and beverage offerings.
- Maximise guest spend through professional suggestive selling.
- Prepare and serve beverages and desserts to company standards.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain immaculate presentation of the restaurant, bar and service areas.
- Assist with opening, closing and daily operational duties.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a busy restaurant or premium dining environment.
- Current Victorian RSA Certificate (essential).
- Full availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Strong food, wine and beverage knowledge.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude with a strong team-first approach.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional presentation and a genuine passion for hospitality.
