About the opportunity
We are currently seeking to hire several experienced or trainee Telco Customer Service to assist on our busy Service Desk.
We have an exciting opportunity for several Helpdesk Assistants to join our team on a full-time basis based in South Melbourne.
This is both a Helpdesk Administration and Telecommunications Support role, NO SALES!
Your duties will include:
- Assisting other members of the helpdesk team
- Providing exceptional customer service to our existing client base
- Processing of orders and customer requests via Salesforce, Email and Telephone
- Providing administrative support to our sales team
- Telco bill reporting
- Administration duties, as requested
Skills and experience
- Any Telco experience especially Telstra experience in mobility preferred but not essential
- IT qualifications/certifications - completed or in process of completing
- Experience with different technologies especially in mobility i.e. iPhones
- You are a confident person who can clearly receive and relay instructions to customers
- Exceptional communication skills
- High level of computer and excel skills
- Proven ability to work through customer inquiries and resolve problems in a professional manner
- Exceptional customer service
- Available to work a rotating roster between the hours of 8:30am to 9pm including occasional weekend
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
