Seafood At Hornsby is looking for dedicated Retail Staff to join our thriving store in Hornsby, NSW. As a Retail Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our seafood business. We have full time and part time positions offering a rewarding opportunity to work in a vibrant retail environment.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing recommendations
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing shop
- Accurately processing customer transactions and handling payments
- Setting up and closing down shop
- Actively participating in inventory management and stock replenishment tasks
- Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or hospitality role, preferably in the food/beverage industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
