Duties
- Provide professional customer service and support
- Assist with administration and general office duties
- Manage records, data entry, and business documentation
- Use business software and digital systems
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Skills & Experience
- Driver's licence and reliable transport
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous office or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
