We are seeking a full time, Asset Administration Officer to join our Eight Mile Plains office.

The Role
As an Asset Administration Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative and customer support services to ensure the efficient operation of our asset and facilities functions. Working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and customers, you will help coordinate maintenance activities, manage work orders, process invoices and purchase orders, and maintain accurate property and contractor records.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the Asset Management team

Managing and responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner

Coordinating and distributing maintenance work orders to contractors and monitoring progress

Processing invoices and purchase orders and maintaining accurate records

Maintaining property management and contractor databases
-
Supporting asset-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Assisting with contractor onboarding and compliance requirements, including WHS documentation and LinkSafe administration

Supporting the Asset Maintenance Officer in the management and completion of work orders

Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team environment
About You
You are a motivated and customer-focused professional with strong administration skills and a genuine commitment to helping others. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of delivering quality outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Previous experience in administration, customer service, property, maintenance coordination, or a similar support role

At least two years' experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

The ability to communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
-
Sound computer skills and confidence using databases and business systems
-
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
-
The ability to remain calm, resilient, and professional when managing competing priorities
-
A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues across the organisation
-
An understanding of, or willingness to learn about, the challenges faced by people experiencing social disadvantage
-
A commitment to supporting access to safe, quality housing and fostering a sense of belonging within the community
Please note that a satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
