My Gateway is looking for a trainee to complete a Certificate III in Business based around Campbelltown. In this unique role, you’ll be working in a professional office answering phone calls, entering data, and much more! This opportunity is open to those who have an interest
General duties:
- Answer phone in a polite and professional manner
- Data entry
- Deal with telephone inquiries by directing the inquiry to the most appropriate person
- Have the ability to use computers and have a sound knowledge of Word
- Have the ability to process mail in and out of the ASI office
- Have or develop efficient keyboard skills
- Develop an understanding of the various documentation requirements
- Print and collate documentation
- Communicate effectively via email
- Scan, save and file documentation as required
- Follow directions from senior staff
What You Need to Get Started:
- Own transport and licence preferred.
- A strong drive to learn and complete a Traineeship.
- Confident and friendly demeanor.
- A genuine interest in business.
