The Libraries Coordinator is responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused library services across Moyne and Corangamite shires. The role manages day-to-day operations of the shared library service, including supervision of staff and volunteers, coordination of branch activities, and development of collections and digital systems.
- Current driver licence
- Employee working with children check
- Tertiary qualification in library, business, or community management
Eligibility for associate membership of the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA)
Substantial experience working in the public library environment.
Experience managing staff and volunteers.
Demonstrated financial management skills that include budget development and management.
Highly developed multitasking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
