About You
You may have been working as a physiotherapist for a year or two and are now looking for an environment that will help take your skills to the next level.
You are motivated, curious and committed to becoming a better clinician.
You are someone who:
- Has approximately one to three years of physiotherapy experience

You do not need to know everything.
We are looking for someone who is coachable, open to feedback and genuinely committed to becoming an exceptional physiotherapist.
The Role
You will manage a varied private practice caseload and support patients throughout their assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and recovery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing thorough patient assessments
- Developing clear working diagnoses and treatment plans
- Providing evidence-informed physiotherapy treatment
- Educating patients about their condition, treatment and recovery
- Prescribing and progressing individualised exercise programs
- Monitoring patient progress and adapting treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicating with referrers, insurers and other healthcare professionals
- Participating in mentoring, clinical training and team development
- Contributing positively to the clinic team and patient experience
