Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Barista & Café All-Rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, hospitality, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve espresso coffee and other beverages to a high standard.
- Operate the coffee machine and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Assist with general café duties, including taking orders, serving food, and clearing tables.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the café.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with restocking and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous barista and hospitality experience preferred (training can be provided to the right candidate).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak trading periods.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
