We're looking for a caring and reliable support worker to support our client in Warwick.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting our client as he accesses the community for appointments, activities, movies, shopping.
* Assist client to engage in his local community & surrounding communities.
* Support client with his morning routines in his home. This will include some meal preparation and cooking on some days.
Our client is a lovely gentleman who likes to do activities in his community with the support of his carer. This includes:
* Grocery Shopping / Op shopping
* Daily exercise including walking around the block or shopping centres
* Visiting nearby towns occasionally to enjoy different surroundings.
Applicants must have:
* Own vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
* NDIS worker screening card-(we can assist the right applicant to attain this)
