Job Description
We are looking for experience, passionate and skilled Cooks for exciting opportunities with us. Our vibrant restaurants, known for its exceptional culinary offerings, is seeking talented Cooks to join our team. As crucial members of our kitchen brigade, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a delightful dining experience for our customers.
· Preparing and cooking food, seasoning and portioning dishes as the menu of our restaurant
· Preparing ingredients as per the Chef’s instructions and requirement on a daily basis
· Examine food to ensure quality
· Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes
· Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities to ensure ingredients are stored appropriately
· Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements as per customer request
· Required to assist Chef with menus and estimate food requirements
· Required to train any junior staff and monitor the kitchen hands as required
Qualifications and Experience:
· Proven experience as a Cook in a busy and dynamic culinary environment (1-2 years).
· Culinary degree or relevant certification.
· Knowledge of diverse cooking techniques and cuisines.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 plus superannuation per year
