Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing business and play a key role in shaping our people strategy, culture and employee experience.
This is a hands-on and influential role where you’ll partner closely with leaders across the business, providing trusted HR advice and helping build the capability, culture and structure needed to support continued growth.
What you’ll be responsible for

Act as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders, providing advice that supports business and people outcomes.

Lead workforce planning and organisational development initiatives to support our continued growth.

Own the employee experience, identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement, retention and culture.

Lead organisational change initiatives and support leaders through periods of growth and transformation.

Provide guidance on complex people matters, ensuring a balanced and commercially sound approach.

Review and improve HR frameworks, processes and ways of working to ensure they continue to support the needs of a growing business
Qualifications

Strong HR generalist experience, ideally within a professional services environment.

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

A pragmatic, commercial and solutions-focused approach.

The ability to operate strategically while still being comfortable getting into the detail.

A natural ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organisation.
