Client Relations & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact, seamlessly liaising between landlords and tenants.
- Quarterly touchpoints with our landlords
- Arrears Management
- SACAT applications, preparation and hearings
- Ingoing, Outgoing and Routine inspections
- Manage end-of-tenancy compensation and bond claims
- Prepare and issue all required tenancy documentation
- Open inspections for existing properties
- Ensure you are up-to-date with current SA legislation and practices
- Liaise with reliable, licensed trades to ensure high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective repairs.
- Log, authorise, and track maintenance requests promptly following routine inspections.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience & Registration: Proven experience as a Property Manager in SA with a current, active Property Manager Registration issued by SA Consumer and Business Services (CBS).
- Legislative Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 1995 (SA),
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, you can navigate tough conversations with empathy and explain complex financial or legislative queries clearly.
- Organisation: A highly organised multitasker with sharp attention to detail, especially regarding condition reports, maintenance tracking, and tribunal preparation.
- Licence: A current, valid South Australian Driver’s Licence with a reliable vehicle.
