Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors, both in person and via phone or email.
- Manage incoming calls, enquiries, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for the team as required.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
- Support the digital marketing team with general office coordination and day-to-day operations.
- Maintain a welcoming and organised reception and office environment.
- Coordinate internal communication and ensure messages are accurately relayed to relevant team members.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
- 1–2 years of experience in reception, administration, customer service, or a similar role is considered a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly manner.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy, including email, word processing, and calendar management.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
