This is an exciting opportunity join Perpetual Wealth Management in the role of Regional Property Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property assets to a high and professional standard, delivering superior client service and expert property advice, ensuring all trustee obligations and operational activities are met in a timely manner and in compliance with legislation and Perpetual policies.
About the role
Join our dynamic team at Perpetual Wealth Management. As a Regional Property Manager you will:
Manage a portfolio of properties to a high and professional standard.
Provide expert property advice and deliver solutions.
Arrange and manage preventative and reactive maintenance requirements via outsourced service providers.
Manage property compliance programs of portfolio.
Manage build/construction/renovation works for portfolio through internal and external service providers.
Provide superior client service.
About you
We’re looking for someone with:
Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications (Property or Real Estate)
Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in Property
Working knowledge of property assets and industry across all asset classes
Strong relationship management, communication skills, both written and oral
Strong attention to detail and compliance
