Concrete Allocator/Scheduler/Customer Service Position
Join our concrete business based in our Gippsland (Morwell) Office and be part of a fast paced and dynamic team environment where you are key to ensuring our quality products are scheduled efficiently and delivered on time.
Your core responsibilities will be -
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist to schedule and allocate jobs effectively in line with customer and business requirements
- Ensure work is allocated to maximize truck utilization and minimize logistics costs
- Be the key liaison bringing stakeholder requirements together in an effective schedule where customer service, allocators, plants, logistics and customers are all across the plan, any changes and are working together to ensure deliveries and jobs are executed smoothly and in a cost effective manner
- Adjust schedules to accommodate changing customer or business needs
- Effectively problem solving when issues impacting schedule and delivery arise
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to manage all stakeholder requirements and expectations
The skills and experience you will need to do this role well -
- Previous experience in customer service/scheduling/allocating or logistics administration
- Able to effectively problem solve in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Able to effectively plan and organise actions, bringing together a range of stakeholder requirements
- Able to exercise judgment to make effective decisions
- Able to work to tight deadlines and adjust plans and schedules
- Able to think proactively
- Excellent ability to build stakeholder relationships
