We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join the team behind Platypus Shoes, Hype DC and Subtype!
Love digital marketing, CRM and creating engaging customer experiences? You'll play a key role in delivering best-in-class digital campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention and online growth.
Working closely with our eCommerce, CRM and Marketing teams, you'll support the execution of email marketing, customer lifecycle journeys and digital initiatives while using data and insights to continually optimise performance.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage customer segments within our Customer Data Platform (CDP) to support targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and execute email campaigns aligned with key promotions, product launches and trade activity across Platypus Shoes, Hype DC and Subtype.
- Develop and optimise automated customer journeys, including welcome, onboarding, retention and win-back campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve email performance, customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour and ROI, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve results.
- Partner with Marketing, eCommerce and Creative teams to brief, coordinate and deliver engaging CRM campaigns from concept through to launch.
- Support loyalty, customer acquisition and retention initiatives across all three brands.
- Assist with SEO initiatives, including creating and optimising landing pages, blogs, product descriptions and internal site linking.
- Monitor digital marketing trends, emerging technologies and AI opportunities to identify new ways to drive online growth.
- Provide ongoing support to the Digital Marketing team through reporting, campaign administration and cross-functional collaboration.
About You
- 2+ years' experience in Digital Marketing, CRM or eCommerce.
- Experience using CRM, ESP and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and customer segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Commercially minded with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and collaborative team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.
