Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Diploma of Project Management(BSB50820 ).
- Mandatory: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
- Proven experience delivering and assessing project management training in the VET sector.
- Strong understanding of competency-based assessment principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently with professionalism and attention to compliance.
- Experience in developing and contextualising training materials is highly regarded.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Guiding students through assessments and supporting them in achieving their qualifications.
- Maintaining accurate records of training delivery, assessment outcomes, and student progress.
- Participating in validation and moderation activities as required by the RTO.

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
