Enrolled Nurse – Community & In‑Home Care

We are seeking a reliable and clinically confident Enrolled Nurse (EN) to support community‑based clients across the Fraser Coast region. This role suits an EN who is comfortable working independently, following clinical direction, and delivering safe, person‑centred care in the home environment.
About the Role
- Provide wound care, medication support, and clinical monitoring
- Follow care plans and escalate changes to the RN/Clinical Nurse Consultant
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional boundaries
- Shifts can be set but based on client needs; additional hours available as referrals increase
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Experience in community care, aged care, disability, or chronic disease management
- Current CPR, police check, and relevant vaccinations
- Reliable transport and ability to travel between Hervey Bay, Maryborough, and Bauple
- ABN preferred (if contracting), but employment options can be discussed
